The Boutonne is a superb fishing river and licences can be purchased in the local village. A small boat is also available.In the local town of St Jean D'Angely the river Boutonne forms a lake which is ideal for learning how to sail. The river at this point is also used for kayaking, with a really fun white water section for you to try out your skills |

The soft rolling countryside is ideal for all such activities, and maps and compasses are available to all who might wish to explore. For the gentle potters we do have some bicycles available, however if you are an enthusiast, quality bikes are available to hire, in the near by town of St Jean d'Angel or of course, bring your own . |
